Meadow Program – Birth to 3 Parent/Adult + Child Classes
Sprouts Parent/Baby Class
Child’s Age: This class is for babies ages birth to 18 months old and their parent or other adult caregiver.
Day & Time: The Sprouts class consists of one 75-minute class a week — please let us know what day you are interested in, and we will try our best to accommodate, but classes will ultimately be determined based on capacity and are subject to change based on enrollment. Classes are first-come, first-served, but please contact us to be put on our waitlist or to see if space has shifted.

Registration Fee: $70.00 annual fee is due at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable.
Tuition: Sprouts tuition is $900 per year, divided equally into three $300 installments for each 9-week session due:
- September 5, 2026
- December 5, 2026
- March 5, 2027
Once you are enrolled in the Sprouts program, you are automatically enrolled in all three sessions for the year. If you decide to withdraw, you must notify the admissions office in writing, admissions@maplevillageschool.org, by November 15th to avoid the Winter session charge, and by February 15th to avoid the Spring session charge.
Fall Session 2026: September 14 – Nov. 13 (no classes November 16 – 27)
Winter Session 2026/2027: November 30 – Feb. 12 (no classes Dec. 21 – Jan 1)

Early Childhood Programs
3-Day Parent Participation Preschool
Child’s age: Child should be 3 or 4 years old, or close to turning 3, at the start of the school year. Child must be potty-trained.
Class days: 3 days (Mon-Wed or Wed-Fri)
Class time: 8:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Application fee: $100.00, or $50.00 for siblings of previous applicants to the school. Application fee is non-refundable.
Dues: $9,210.00 (3 days) annually, payable in 1 or 10 installments. Payments are due on the 1st or 15th of the month (family’s choice).
Parent participation requirements: At least one parent/guardian or other adult relative per student works in the classroom up to three times per month. TB test results and LiveScan background check are required for each individual working in the classroom at the family’s expense.

Minimum age: Child must turn 5 by the end of the school year (June 2027). Our program includes traditional-age kindergarteners as well as TK & ETK students, so many students attend kindergarten for two years.

Sibling Discounts
Younger siblings of currently enrolled students who are enrolled in Preschool through 8th Grade receive the following sibling discounts:
- 10% off for the second child
- 15% off for the third child
- 20% off for the fourth and further children
Please note: Sibling discounts apply to tuition only and are not applicable for registration or supply fees. There is no sibling discount for children enrolled in Sprouts, Seedlings, or Blossom classes at this time. Discounts will be applied from the oldest child (no discount) to the youngest (largest discount). Students who have received a tuition adjustment award or faculty remission are not eligible for sibling discounts.
