2022-2023 School Year Calendar
Early Childhood Programs
Sprouts Class – WAITLIST
Child’s age: This class is for babies ages birth to 16 months old and their parent or other adult caregiver.
Class day & time: Tuesdays, 11:30 am – 12:45 pm on the MVWS campus
Application fee: $0
Tuition: $252 per 9-week session, one 75-minute class per week. Tuition is due in full at the time of enrollment.
Registration fee: $65 annual fee is due at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable.
Spring 2023 session dates: March 21st through May 30th (no class April 4th & April 11th)
Seedlings Classes
Child’s age: This class is for children 17 months to 3 years old and their parent or other adult caregiver.
Class days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
Class time and location:
- Monday, 9 am – 11 am on MVWS campus – WAITLIST
- Tuesday, 9 am – 11 am on MVWS campus – WAITLIST
- Wednesday, 9 am – 11 am at Mae Boyar Park
- Thursday, 9 am – 11 am at Mae Boyar Park
Application fee: $0
Tuition: $1,300 for 36 weeks annually, payable in monthly installments. Payments are due on the 1st or 15th of the month (family’s choice).
Registration fee: $65 annual fee is due at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable.
Supply fee: $40 annual fee is due at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable.
2022-23 class dates: Begin the week of September 12th and end the week of June 12th
*Should you want more than 1 day, there will be a 10% discount on each additional class.
*You may withdraw with a 30-day written notice.

Blossom Bridge Class – WAITLIST
Child’s age: This class is for children 2 1/2 to 3 years old and their parent or other adult caregiver.
Class days: Monday on MVWS campus
Class time: 11:15 am – 1:15 pm
Application fee: $0
Tuition: $1,500 for 36 weeks annually, payable in 1, 10, or 12 installments. Payments are due on the 1st or 15th of the month (family’s choice).
Registration fee: $65 annual fee is due at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable.
Supply fee: $40 annual fee is due at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable.

3, 4, & 5-Day Parent Participation Preschool Classes – WAITLIST
Child’s age: Child should be 3 or 4 years old, or close to turning 3, at the start of the school year. Child must be potty trained.
Class days: Mon-Wed or Wed-Fri (3 days), Mon-Thu (4 days), or Mon-Fri (5 days)
Class time: 8:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Application fee: $100, or $50 for siblings of previous applicants to the school. Application fee is non-refundable.
Tuition: $6,750 (3 days), $9,000 (4 days), or $11,000 (5 days) annually, payable in 1, 10, or 12 installments. Payments are due on the 1st or 15th of the month (family’s choice).
Registration fee: $390 annual fee is due at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable.
Supply fee: $150 for 3 days, $200 for 4 days, or $250 for 5 days. Supply fee is due at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable.
Parent participation requirements: At least one parent/guardian or other adult relative per student works in the classroom once or twice per month. TB test results, LiveScan background check, and proof of COVID vaccination or negative PCR test results are required for each individual working in the classroom.

5-Day Kindergarten Class
Minimum age: Child must turn 5 by the end of the school year (June 2023). Our program includes traditional-age kindergarteners as well as TK & ETK students, so many students attend kindergarten for two years.
Class days: Monday through Friday
Class time: 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Application fee: $100, or $50 for siblings of previous applicants to the school. Application fee is non-refundable.
Tuition: $13,500 annually, payable in 1, 10, or 12 installments. Payments are due on the 1st or 15th of the month (family’s choice).
Registration fee: $425 annual fee is due at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable.
Supply fee: $290 annual fee is due at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable.
Elementary & Middle Grades Program
Grade One – WAITLIST
Minimum age: 6 years old as of June 1, 2022

Class time: 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.*

* 1:45 p.m. Grades 1-8 early dismissal on Wednesdays to accommodate Faculty Meeting.
Sibling Discounts
Younger siblings of currently enrolled students who are enrolled in Preschool through 8th Grade receive the following sibling discounts:
- 10% off for the second child
- 15% off for the third child
- 20% off for the fourth and further children
Please note: Sibling discounts apply to tuition only and are not applicable for registration or supply fees. There is no sibling discount for children enrolled in Me & My Baby or Parent/Child classes. Discounts will be applied from the oldest child to the youngest. Students who have received a tuition adjustment award or faculty remission are not eligible for sibling discounts.
Other Discounts
Early Enrollment Discount: Students who enroll between January 3, 2022 and February 15, 2022 receive 5% off their tuition price.
Full Payment Discount: Families who pay annual tuition in full by September 1, 2022 receive 5% off their tuition price.
Sibling, early enrollment, and full payment discounts do stack, with the sibling discount applied first.
Please note: Discounts are for tuition only and are not applicable to registration or supply fees. Students who have received a tuition adjustment award or faculty remission are not eligible for other discounts.
